This Privacy Notice applies to the TyvoreMXC mobile application for iOS and to the services used by the application to provide market information, charts, research briefings, and simulated practice features.
By downloading, accessing, or using TyvoreMXC, you acknowledge the information practices described in this notice.
2. Information You Are Not Required to Provide
TyvoreMXC does not require account registration. The application does not ask you to provide:
- Your name or email address;
- Your telephone number or postal address;
- Your contacts, photos, videos, or media library;
- Your precise geographic location;
- Your government identification information;
- Your bank, card, or other payment information;
- Your brokerage, exchange, or financial account credentials.
TyvoreMXC does not provide real-money trading through the application. Practice balances, positions, results, and related information are simulated and do not represent real funds, securities, assets, or financial accounts.
3. Information Processed by the Application
3.1 Market and content requests
TyvoreMXC retrieves market observations, instrument information, chart data, and research or briefing content from its service endpoints. The requested content and related request parameters are used to provide the feature you select.
Market information displayed by TyvoreMXC is not personal information about you and is not intended to identify you.
3.2 Technical and network information
When TyvoreMXC communicates with its services, the application, hosting providers, network providers, or security providers may automatically process limited technical information, including:
- Internet Protocol address;
- Request date and time;
- Requested service endpoint;
- Network and protocol information;
- Application version and operating-system information;
- Request headers and response status;
- Technical error, reliability, or security information.
This information may be used to deliver requested content, maintain service availability, diagnose technical problems, protect the application and its services, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
TyvoreMXC does not use this technical information to create an advertising profile or to track your activity across apps or websites owned by other companies.
4. Information Stored on Your Device
TyvoreMXC may store limited information locally on your device so that the application can remember your preferences and maintain expected functionality. This information may include:
- Marked or favorited market instruments;
- Display and application preferences;
- Limited application-state or version information used to maintain compatibility or restore a previous state;
- Temporary simulated practice balances, positions, and results.
Simulated practice information is used only for application practice features. It is not a record of real-money transactions or actual asset ownership.
Depending on the feature and application version, some simulated practice information may exist only during the current application session and may be reset when the session ends.
You can remove information stored by TyvoreMXC on your device by deleting the application. Reinstalling the application may also reset locally stored preferences and simulated practice records.
5. How Information Is Used
Information described in this notice may be processed for the following purposes:
- Providing market data, charts, and requested content;
- Operating simulated practice features;
- Remembering local application preferences;
- Maintaining and improving technical reliability;
- Detecting errors, security incidents, and abusive activity;
- Responding to support or privacy inquiries;
- Complying with applicable law and valid legal requests.
6. Sharing and Service Providers
TyvoreMXC does not sell or rent personal information.
Limited technical information may be processed by service providers that support the operation of the application, such as cloud-hosting, content-delivery, infrastructure, security, and market-data service providers.
These providers may process information only as necessary to provide their services, maintain security and reliability, comply with applicable law, or protect their legal rights.
Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to:
- Comply with a valid legal or regulatory requirement;
- Protect the rights, safety, and security of users or others;
- Investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents;
- Support a merger, reorganization, acquisition, or transfer of the application or related business assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.
7. Advertising and Cross-App Tracking
TyvoreMXC does not use your information for targeted advertising and does not track you across applications or websites owned by other companies.
The application does not use third-party advertising SDKs and does not access or use Apple's advertising identifier for advertising or cross-app tracking.
8. Data Retention
Information stored locally remains on your device until it is removed by the application, reset through application functionality, or removed when you delete the application.
Server-side technical and security records are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate and secure the services, diagnose technical issues, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of record, the reason it is maintained, and applicable legal requirements.
9. Data Security
TyvoreMXC uses reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
However, no application, network transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You should keep iOS updated, use a device passcode or biometric protection, and avoid using untrusted or compromised networks and devices.
10. International Processing
The application and its service providers may operate servers or process technical information in countries or regions other than the one in which you reside.
Where required, reasonable measures are used to protect information in accordance with applicable data-protection requirements.
11. Children’s Privacy
TyvoreMXC is not directed to children under the minimum age at which they may independently consent to the processing of personal information in their jurisdiction.
TyvoreMXC does not knowingly request or collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the application, please contact us so that the matter can be reviewed and appropriate action can be taken.
12. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
You may stop the application's future processing of information by discontinuing use of TyvoreMXC and deleting the application from your device.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may also have rights concerning personal information, such as the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or information about how your personal information is processed.
Because TyvoreMXC does not require an account and generally does not directly collect identifying information, we may not be able to associate server-side technical records with a particular individual without sufficient information to locate and verify the relevant record.

TyvoreMXC may display information obtained from external market or content sources. If the application provides a link to a third-party website or service, that third party's privacy practices are governed by its own policies.
This Privacy Notice does not control the privacy or security practices of independently operated third-party websites and services.

This Privacy Notice may be updated to reflect changes to the application, service providers, legal requirements, or information practices.
When material changes are made, the effective date shown at the top of this page will be updated. Where required by applicable law, additional notice or consent will be provided.
